Thanks for purchasing our products at Sweet Melodist - Custom Jewelry and Gifts, operated by Sweet Melody LLC. We do not offer money back for purchases made on our website.

 

If the item arrives damaged or significantly different that expected (all products are custom and will be different then photos listed.) you may be eligible for a product exchange for equal or lesser value. This must be reported withing 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
